Civic Hall Farrants Way, CastletownFree Willow Lantern Workshops will take place on the 7th, 14th, 15th, 21st & 22nd of November in the Civic Hall Castletown, 12-4pm. All materials provided. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Lanterns made will lead the Christmas Switch-On Parade on the 28th of November.
