The Report sets out for the public’s information the statistics for the 2025/2026 Municipal year, and as can be seen from the Report the Commissioners have during that year received, since the first one received in August 2025 through to December 2025 a total of 14 Freedom of Information requests.

Of the 14 Freedom of Information requests received by the Castletown Town Commissioners:

12 were received from non-Castletown resident individuals, who are also not Castletown ratepayers, and 2 were received from Castletown resident individual.

Of the 12 non-resident individual FOI requests received, the breakdown is as follows:

• 9 were received from 1 individual.
• 1 each received from 3 separate individuals.

Of the 2 Castletown resident individual FOI requests receive, the breakdown is as follows:

• 2 received from 1 Castletown resident.
