Commissioners Meetings and Members Attendance Report for the Municipal Year – May 2025 to May 2026

The Commissioners today publish the first Commissioners Meetings and Members Attendance Report which covers the present Board of Commissioners statutory year from May 2025 to May 2026.

The Report details the number of Commissioners meetings, which includes Board and sub-committee meetings, that Board members have attended during the Municipal year, which numbers a total of 76 meetings, where members are eligible to claim an attendance allowance.

The Report sets out the total amount of members allowances that have been claimed.

Additional to this, members have attended a number of informal discussions with other parties, including Government along with numerous Town events. No claims have been made for such attendances.

The Report also sets out the Boards Committee structure and the remit of each sub-committee of the Board of Commissioners.

The Report also indicates which members serve on which committees, and their positions on such sub-committee.
Where the chart shows a blank section under a members name it is either because they are not a member of such a sub- committee, or they did not attend the meeting.

The Report also provides a list of the main responsibilities undertaken by the Castletown Town Commissioners.

We hope that the public will find the information, which the Board of Commissioners decided to publish will be informative to the public.
