Castletown Town Commissioners invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors/suppliers who are interested in being considered for the provision of planned and reactive, property maintenance and support services. Castletown Town Commissioners own and manage 250+ public sector housing properties as well as commercial properties and the Town Hall premises in Castletown.
We are seeking expressions for the following works/services: –

- Electrical installation, testing and maintenance

- Drainage works
- Joinery/carpentry
- Plumbing and Mechanical Engineering
- Glazing and window repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Fencing
- Scaffolding
- Landscaping and Gardening inc. tree maintenance
- Asbestos Management
- Plant/gardening vehicle, repair and maintenance
- Structural engineering
- Cleaning services (internal & external)
