Castletown Commissioners are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Community Maintenance Supervisor to help lead the delivery of essential services across the town.
This varied role combines practical maintenance work with team leadership and project oversight. Responsibilities include supervising operational staff, supporting housing maintenance, maintaining parks and public spaces, overseeing town improvement projects, and working closely with Commissioners, officers, contractors, and residents.
We’re looking for someone with experience in maintenance, public works, housing, grounds maintenance, or a similar environment, who can lead by example and help ensure the town remains a safe, clean, and welcoming place for everyone.
